"Long waits, but the visit was still alright"
I went to Soaring Eagle Casino last weekend, and it was packed. Check-in took maybe 30 or 40 minutes, and grabbing food felt like another half hour or so. After driving a couple hours to get there, that part was definitely a little frustrating.
The staff I dealt with were friendly enough, and once we finally got settled in, the casino itself was fun and pretty much what we expected. I just think they could use a few more people working on busy weekends, because the waits were the main thing that brought the experience down a bit.
"Nice place, but the signs were confusing"
The place seemed fine at first and I was hoping it would be easy to get around, but the signs just made things more confusing. I couldn’t really find what I was looking for inside, which was frustrating. That said, it didn’t feel like a bad place overall, it just really needs clearer directions.

"Parking was kind of a nightmare"
I went in thinking parking would be straightforward, but nope, it was a mess. The lot felt packed, and it wasn’t super obvious where you were supposed to go. I ended up circling around for way too long just trying to find a spot. By the time I finally parked, I was already annoyed before I even got inside.

"Cancellation policy felt a bit too strict"
I tried to cancel my booking the whole process was way more frustrating than I expected haha. There wasn’t much help or flexibility, and it kind of felt like they were just trying to keep the money no matter what. I totally get that places need rules, but this didn’t feel very customer-friendly. I’d definitely think twice before booking here again

"Website could be easier to use"
I tried using soaringeaglecasino.com to look up rooms and promos, and to be fair, I was able to find what I needed eventually. But the pages felt kind of slow, and it wasn’t always easy to figure out where things were. It works, but the whole experience just wasn’t very smooth...
"Cashing out tested my patience"
The deposit went through quickly, so I thought everything would be smooth, but trying to cash out was a whole different story. It took way too long, and every time I contacted support, it was basically just “please wait” over and over. I hate being forced to be patient when nobody clearly explains what’s going on. The fees and holds weren’t easy to understand either. the whole thing left a bad taste, and I don’t see myself using this site again.
"Clean Bed, Dusty Corners"
The bed seemed clean and comfortable enough, but the bathroom corners looked a little dusty, lol. Overall it was okay, just could use a bit more attention to detail.

"Really disappointed by how dirty it was"
I went in thinking it would be a fun night out, especially since the place was busy, but I was let down. There was trash sitting near the machines, sticky patches on the floor, and a bunch of tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
The bathrooms were what really did it for me. Paper was all over the place, the smell was bad, and the sinks were a mess. I understand busy places can get a little chaotic, but this felt like nobody was keeping up with it at all. I ended up leaving early because I just didn’t feel comfortable staying.

"Figuring out the bill was a hassle"
I wish the charges had been shown more clearly before I booked. Afterward, I had to click around and basically hunt for the billing details just to understand what I actually paid for. It felt like a waste of time and energy for something that should’ve been obvious upfront

"The room needed way more maintenance than I..."
The room needed way more maintenance than I expected. It was dusty, the sink barely drained, and when I called to have someone come take a look, nobody ever showed up. That really bothered me and made me lose trust in the place. If basic issues like that don’t get handled, it’s hard to feel like they actually care about guests.
"Customer service wasn’t much help"
I called in about an issue I was having and just got passed around from person to person. It didn’t feel like anyone was really listening, or, actually, they might have been listening, but nobody gave me a clear answer. By the end, it felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone

"I booked a king room online..."
I booked a king room online, but when we got there, they had us listed for two queens instead. It took a while for them to fix it, which was frustrating. I’ve stayed at other places where check-in was much smoother, so this definitely stood out in a not-so-great way...

Bed was comfy enough. No issue there. But the room felt a little worn down. Hallway noise at night too. Not awful. Just not the most relaxing stay.

The casino itself might be totally fine, but getting there was way more stressful than it should’ve been. If you don’t have a car, you’re kind of stuck with limited options, and rideshare prices add up fast. It felt out of the way, especially as a visitor, and I spent more time stressing over transportation than actually enjoying myself. Just not very accessible.

"Felt Like We Got the Short End of the Stick"
I thought there would be way more fun stuff to do here, but it ended up being disappointing. Maybe I just had bad timing, but it felt like there wasn’t much going on at all, and the entertainment was really underwhelming. The amenities seemed outdated too, which was frustrating because for a casino this size, I expected it to feel more exciting and lively. Even the food was just okay, nothing that made the visit feel worth it. We came hoping for a fun night out and mostly just ended up bored, which kind of felt like a letdown after making the effort to go.

"Honestly, just way too crowded"
I mean, the place was so packed that it was kind of hard to enjoy anything. There were lines pretty much everywhere, and I could barely move around or even find an open machine. It just didn’t feel relaxing at all, i ended up leaving annoyed.

"i mean, I’ve been to Soaring Eagle..."
i mean, I’ve been to Soaring Eagle a few times now, and the rewards program just hasn’t really impressed me. I thought the points would build up a little faster, but it feels like it takes forever to get anything worthwhile.
The offers I get aren’t much better either. Most of them are things I wouldn’t go out of my way for, so maybe the bigger spenders get the better deals, but I’m not really seeing much on my end.
The casino itself is fine, and I don’t have any major complaints about the place overall. It’s just that when it comes to rewards, I feel like other casinos do a better job making regular customers feel like it’s worth coming back.

The promo offers are alright I guess, sometimes you can find something decent but they do feel kinda limited now and then... not bad, just not amazing either

"Bathrooms were in rough shape"
I stopped by last weekend and the bathrooms were nasty. The floors were sticky, the sinks had water and paper towels all over the place, and a couple of the stalls didn’t even have toilet paper.
I know casinos get busy, but it really felt like nobody was taking ownership of keeping them checked. It looked like they hadn’t been touched in hours, and it definitely made me want to leave sooner than I planned. For a place that big, the restrooms should be way better.

"check-in was a lot more drawn out than I expected"
I stayed at Soaring Eagle the whole check-in experience was kind of frustrating. We arrived after the posted check-in time, so I figured we’d be able to get through the front desk quickly, drop our bags, and start relaxing, but that definitely wasn’t how it went. The line was moving really slowly, and it seemed like they just didn’t have enough people working at the desk to handle everyone coming in. We ended up standing around and waiting much longer than I expected, and there wasn’t much communication about what was going on or why things were taking so long. The staff we dealt with weren’t rude or anything, and they were polite enough, but it would have helped a lot if someone had explained the delay or at least acknowledged that people had been waiting for a while. It just made the beginning of the trip feel unnecessarily stressful, which wasn’t the best first impression
